Stone Mountain Toyota  has a full time position available for a Business Development Agent, to work in our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate has must be flexible with hours, and will work Saturday's. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, and retail experience experience is a plus. No automotive experience required!

The mission of our BDC agents is to help convert Internet leads into floor ups (shown appointments) through quick, unique, meaningful, and consistent follow up.

The BDC agent position requires strong communication skills via phone and email.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Following and executing ones daily “ToDo” list in the CRM
  • Constantly, efficiently, and effectively managing ones entire lead portfolio
  • Making sure every lead is being handled as the follow up process dictates
  • Showing sense of urgency in establishing contact and engagement of the customers
  • Serving the customer with a friendly, upbeat, and customer first attitude!


Excellent Computer Skills, Results Driven, Persistence, Good Time Management, Customer Service, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, and Past Retail Experience are a plus.


Full time position receives an hourly rate plus performance based bonuses.
